- An Expert of Woman Affairs in the Ministry of Social Development.
- An EX-Director of the department of Woman Affair and a Director of the Women’s Cultural Association at the same ministry.
- A member in the Omani Human Rights Committee.
- She previously represented a number of committees and some working groups such as: a member  in the Municipal Council in Muscat governorate as a representative of the Ministry of Social Development, a representative of the Sultanate in the membership of the Executive Council of the Arab Woman Organization to the year of 2009,a member in the local committee formed to follow up the implementation of the convention on the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women to 2015.
