Director General of the Arab Women Organization takes the oath

The Secretary General of the League of Arab States, Mr. Ahmed Aboul Gheit received Dr. Fadia Kiwan, Director-General of AWO, on Wednesday 22 May 2019 to take the oath before his Excellency at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of LAS.
During the meeting, Dr. Kiwan discussed ways of promoting the status of Arab women, especially in the current stage in which the Arab region is passing. She expressed her happiness with AWO’s work program and projects to improve the status of women in various fields.
