Survey Studies

The survey studies project is concerned with projects and programs within the targeted towards women of   AWO member states and

Each study monitors projects implemented or still underway. The study also monitor progress results and goals met by projects.

Projects Goals:

  • Identify implemented projects in member states and verify its achieved goals, results, weakness and success.
  • Identify underway projects to avoid duplication (for fully completed or partially completed).
  • Identifying weakness and difficulties faced to be avoided in future projects
  • Specify the fields where coordination and exchange of experiences among member states at preparation and implementation stages of projects can be implemented.
  • Specify/Select projects that AWO can adopt to promote women in the survived field at the regional level. (Fully or partially) or re-implemented as prototype in a different member state.

Project implementation stages:

Projects are implemented in four Stages

  • Stage (1) survey of programs  in the field of Education, Economics and Media
  • Stage (2) survey of programs  in the field of Politics
  • Stage (3) survey of programs  in the field of Law
  • Stage (4) survey of programs  in the field of 

At the end of each stage experts and participants voice the priorities where AWO and national women machineries should act and discuss experts recommended national and regional project plans.
