A message from the Arab Women Organization on the occasion of the International Women's Day
The Arab Women Organization (AWO) extends its sincere congratulations to all women and girls in the Arab countries and the world who are still fighting for human dignity and equality.
The organization commends the efforts of Arab women and their braveness in facing the repercussions of the outbreak of the Corona virus, and their ability to embrace their families and protect them in the most difficult circumstances.
AWO also expresses its aspiration for a world that guarantees respect, security, appreciation and protection from all forms of violence against women, especially victims of terrorism and armed conflicts and women under occupation.
